An Enhanced DBS Check is the highest level of official background screening available in Great Britain. It searches national police databases for spent and unspent criminal convictions, official cautions, warnings, and local police intelligence, while also cross-referencing national lists of individuals barred from working with children. We require every provider to hold a complete, clean Enhanced DBS certificate where every relevant background section states NONE RECORDED (including but not limited to, police records of convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings, information from the list held under Section 142 of the Education Act 2002, the DBS Children's Barred List and other relevant information disclosed at the Chief Police Officer(s) discretion).

Providers are strictly trained on emergency response protocols, including calling emergency services (999/112), immediate parental notification, and the authorized administration of emergency medication such as EpiPens or inhalers.
